Editorial policy

How Anavem decides what to publish, how we check facts, and how commercial relationships are kept separate from editorial judgement.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial relationships. A tool is never ranked, recommended or excluded because it has — or has not — an affiliate programme, an advertising budget or a sponsorship.

Facts and sources

  • Facts about products (features, plans, prices, limits, integrations) come from primary or official sources: the vendor's own pricing, documentation, terms and repositories.
  • Every factual page shows its sources and a last-verified date. Prices, plans, features and affiliate terms change; we re-verify on a schedule and when we learn of a change.
  • We do not invent prices, capabilities, benchmarks, ratings, user numbers, customer reviews or quotes.

Testing claims

We use two evidence levels and label them on the page: documented (read from official sources, not used by us) and tested (we used it, and the page links to the evidence). We never describe a tool as tested unless testing evidence exists. See the review methodology.

Commercial content

Affiliate links, sponsored placements and advertising are labelled and kept visually separate from editorial content. See the affiliate disclosure and the advertising policy.

Corrections

If we get something wrong we fix it and say so. See the corrections policy.

What we do not publish

Thin or duplicated pages, pages generated automatically without editorial review, and pages that would require data we cannot verify.
