Privacy policy

This policy describes the data handling that is active on Anavem. It does not cover the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from our pages.

Controller and privacy contact

Anavem is the data controller for information submitted through this website and for the site's first-party configuration of analytics and advertising. The public privacy contact channel is the Anavem contact form. Use it for a rights request, a complaint or a question about this policy, and begin the message with Privacy request so it can be identified and handled separately from editorial messages. Do not send identity documents unless Anavem asks for specific verification after receiving the request.

Information you provide

• Newsletter: your email address and your consent, if you subscribe.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message, and your consent.
• Tool submission form: the tool name, official URL, description, your relationship to the tool, contact email and consent.

Why we use it

We use newsletter information to manage the subscription you requested. We use contact details to answer messages. We use submitted tool information to evaluate a possible directory entry and to contact the submitter if clarification is needed.

Legal bases

• Newsletter: consent. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
• Contact and tool-submission forms: consent to receive, store and review the information you chose to submit. When your message asks Anavem to take steps before a possible agreement or publication, those requested steps may also provide the applicable basis. You can withdraw consent, although Anavem may retain a limited record when needed to document or resolve the request.
• Site delivery, fraud prevention and security: Anavem's legitimate interests in operating a reliable service, protecting forms and systems, preventing abuse and establishing or defending legal claims.
• Analytics and advertising storage in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland: consent recorded through Google's privacy message. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not prevent access to editorial content.
• Analytics and advertising outside those regions: the storage settings are enabled by default under the site's regional configuration. Visitors can change or withdraw those settings through Privacy and cookie settings in the footer. Google and its participating vendors identify any additional bases they use in the privacy interface and their own policies.

Form records are stored in Anavem's content system. They are not public. We keep them only while they are needed for the purpose above, operational records or a request we must handle, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.

Analytics

Anavem uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-TQSWW2FL9V to understand visits and site usage. Google's default web implementation can process session activity, approximate location, browser and device information, and can use a first-party _ga cookie to distinguish users and sessions when analytics storage is allowed.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default until the visitor makes an explicit choice through Google's privacy message. Outside those regions, Anavem enables analytics storage by default. A visitor can reopen privacy choices from the Privacy and cookie settings button in the footer.

Advertising

Anavem uses Google AdSense publisher ID ca-pub-2664931704314414. Google and its advertising partners may process device, browser, page, ad-interaction and approximate-location information and may use cookies or local storage to deliver, limit, personalise and measure advertising according to the visitor's choices and Google's settings.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Anavem uses Google's Privacy & messaging consent interface. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are denied by default until an explicit choice is recorded. Outside those regions, these storage settings are enabled by default. The available choices and vendors are shown in Google's interface and can be reopened from the footer.

Cookies and local storage

Google services may use cookies or local storage when the relevant setting is allowed. Anavem also relies on essential browser and server functions needed to deliver pages, protect forms and remember privacy choices. Blocking cookies or storage may reduce analytics, advertising or preference functionality but does not block access to editorial content.

Sharing and processors

We do not publish form submissions or sell the personal information provided through Anavem forms. Data is processed by service providers needed to operate the site, including the hosting and content-management infrastructure and the Google services described above. Third-party links are governed by the destination site's own policy.

International transfers

Some service providers operate in more than one country. Google states that information may be processed on servers outside the visitor's country and describes the adequacy decisions, Data Privacy Framework certifications and standard contractual clauses it uses where applicable. Where another provider transfers personal data across borders, Anavem requires an applicable legal transfer mechanism or another safeguard required by the relevant law. You can use the privacy contact above to ask for available information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Security

Anavem uses HTTPS and limits public content-system endpoints to the forms intended for visitors. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private meeting records or other sensitive information through the public forms.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access personal data, receive a copy, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You can also raise a privacy complaint. Exercise these rights through the contact page. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, dispute handling or another applicable obligation.

You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. In the EEA, the appropriate authority may be in the country of your residence, work or the alleged infringement; the European Data Protection Board lists the national authorities. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner's Office, and Swiss visitors can use the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner's complaint process. Contacting an authority does not prevent you from first asking Anavem to resolve the concern.

Children

Anavem is intended for professionals and a general audience, not for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a form, contact us so the record can be reviewed.

Changes

This policy may change when the site's forms, analytics, advertising or service providers change. The review date below shows when the published description was last checked against the site's active configuration.
