Replit

AI platform to build, publish and host apps from a prompt

Last verified DocumentedBased on official sources; we have not tested this tool ourselves.

At a glance

Replit is a browser-based platform where an AI Agent builds apps, sites and other projects from natural-language prompts, with hosting, databases and publishing built in. Plans are tiered with monthly credits and usage-based charges for paid work.

Best for

Individuals and small teams that want one hosted place to prompt, build, publish and run an app, and that accept credit-based and usage-based billing.

Not for

Not a fit if you need a fixed price with no usage-based charges: paid Agent modes use effort-based pricing, and publishing, storage and databases draw on credits.
