Fireflies is the clearer documented fit when configurable participant notices and workspace sharing controls lead the decision. tl;dv is the clearer documented fit when a team wants bot or bot-free capture across Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, plus system-audio recording on other desktop calling platforms.
Anavem did not run transcription or summary-quality tests. Before rollout, test both on the same consented meeting, confirm the desired data region and verify the exact plan limits.
