(same page). Vendor states data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit (same page). Vendor states you can delete meeting reports you own and manage account data (same page). The privacy policy (last updated June 29, 2026) states "We store your audio and video information, including information derived therefrom, in accordance with our internal policies, but in no case for longer than 2 years." and, in the next sentence, "For paid accounts, we will store your data until you (i) stop paying, or (ii) request that we delete some or all of your data."
